SIXTH GRADE BAZAAR ORDERS DUE THIS FRIDAY!

Don't forget to send in your order sheets by this Friday. Exact change is appreciated, cash or checks written to SPS.

No orders will be accepted after that, since our elves are buying supplies this weekend and starting mass production Monday based on the order totals Friday. Thank you for supporting our bazaar! Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas!

THE CHRISTMAS PROGRAM 2020

Due to COVID19 and other unforeseen circumstances, only the 3rd and 5th grade students need to come to school dressed up on Thursday, December 10.

 We will record them singing their Christmas songs that day.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR TEACHERS

If you would like to purchase a gift for a faculty/staff member of St. Paul’s, please consider Panther Perks.  Panther Perks have made it easy this year.  Fill out the Panther Perks for the Holidays flyer (attached) and our Perks volunteers will give each teacher/staff member a gift certificate for the amount of money collected in their name.  All families who donated will have their name printed on the certificate (but not the $ amount).

OUT OF UNIFORM FOR PANTHER PERK TURN IN TUESDAY

This Friday, Dec. 4 will be an out of uniform for all students whose parents purchased Panther Perks on Turn in Tuesday (Tuesday, Dec. 1).  Teachers will have lists.

PANTHER PERK DECEMBER INCENTIVE

Panther Perks is running a special Panther Perk Holiday Incentive to take care of your gifting needs.  If you purchase Panther Perks on either Monday, December 7 or Tuesday, December 8, by giving your order to our Elves during morning drop off, not only will you get a little treat, you will also earn an out of uniform for your students on Friday, December 11 (*6th - 8th grade Band Students can be Out of Uniform for Perks on Thursday, December 10 due to dressing up on Friday, Dec. 11 for the taping of the Christmas Concert). Students who ride the bus can send their orders to the office when they arrive at school.

K-4 Christmas Program

Due to unforeseen circumstance, we have had to cancel the K-4 Christmas program for this year.  3rd and 5th grade students will participate in the Nativity.

COVID RELATED ABSENCE REPORTING

If your child needs to be out sick or quarantined due to COVID, please email both Dr. Delaney (Julie.Delaney@st-paul.pvt.k12.ia.us) and Leigh Thompson (Leigh.Thompson@st-paul.pvt.k12.ia.us).

If an exposure has occurred, please email Dr. Delaney and Mrs. Thompson with the date of the most recent contact with a COVID positive person.

If your child is sick with COVID, please email Dr. Delaney and Mrs. Thompson the with the date of onset of symptoms and the date of the positive COVID test.

Dr. Delaney will determine the return to school date based on the information provided, and will also notify all necessary teachers about the students quarantined. 

The homeroom teacher will then contact the parents when materials are ready to be picked up and the student may go online.

Guidelines for isolation or quarantine:

Close contact quarantine: 14 days from the last exposure.

If unable to keep the positive person away from the student they will need to be out the 10 days of the positive person's isolation plus an additional 14 days

Covid Positive: 10 days isolation from date of positive test or onset of symptoms. If symptoms still persist after 10 days, please stay home 24 hours after last symptom goes away.
