RE-ENROLLMENT FOR NEXT YEAR – EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 1

We have had several families complete the online registration, but have not paid the feesThe  early bird pricing of re-enrollment has been extended to May 1st ($100 per student /$300 maximum), regardless of when you completed the online form.  We still have 19 families that have not completed the online re-enrollment for next year.

If you are not planning to return to St. Paul the Apostle School next year, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.

 

Please note: Due to the creation of the Scott County Catholic School System, when you fill out the online application, it will direct you to Assumption High Schools website to pay the fee.

YEARBOOKS

Yearbooks are $25 each for the first two, and $20 for each additional book after that. Yearbooks include colored pictures of SPS students, and each class has a composite page as well as a fun page of candid shots taken over the course of the school year. You may send cash or a check into the school office in an envelope marked Yearbook (Please make sure your name is on the envelope if cash is sent), or if you would like to pay online, you may do so here:  Online Yearbook Payment.

 

Yearbooks are usually handed out the last week of school, sometimes after preschool has concluded for the year, so they may need to be picked up in the school office.    

 

We would like to have all orders by Friday, April 21st.

READING ROAD TRIP – BOOK FAIR 2023 

All month the students have been taking a Reading Road Trip across America! The final destination on our road trip will be the Book Fair! The Book Fair will be from Monday, March 27th to Friday, March 31st students will come and visit the fair with their classes throughout the week. 

Fliers will be coming home with more information, or you can visit our book fair homepage to preview what books will be at the fair SPS Book Fair!

PARISH SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Please see attached application to apply for a St. Paul the Apostle Parish Scholarship to assist with tuition for the 2023-2024 school year.  This is for students in grades 1-12 only. You must complete the Family Tuition Plan Application found at https://www.assumptionhigh.org/familytuitionplan/ prior to applying for a Parish Scholarship.

FUTURE FUND SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

St. Paul the Apostle Future Fund is offering a $1000 scholarship for a graduating senior who attended St. Paul the Apostle School, and who is planning to attend a college or university.  You must include a typewritten essay entitled “What My Catholic Education Has Meant to Me” (maximum 1,000 words).  The Selection Committee will review all applications and essays.  The scholarship is not renewable.  All applications must be received at SPS by Thursday, March 31.  No late applications will be accepted.
