Dear St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School Current and Prospective Families,

Welcome to Registration for the 2025-2026 school year! Thank you for choosing St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School for your child’s faith and academic education. 


Current/Existing SPS Families

1. Please go to:  apply.sccsiowa.org

2. If the student has attended SPS, select ‘Login”.

  • The Parent PowerSchool username and password is used to login to complete the Information Update.  If you do not have your login information, contact Kelly Boche at Kelly.Boche@st-paul.pvt.k12.ia.us or Leigh Thompson at Leigh.Thompson@st-paul.ovt.k12.ia.us.
  • After logging in, select your child’s name and click “Update”. 
  • In order to update additional children, please click on “Return to Dashboard”.
  • If you are a current family enrolling an additional preschool, kindergarten or transfer student for the first time, click “New Application” to begin an application for that student.

3. To pay the non-refundable registration fee: 

  • Pay registration fees through your Blackbaud account, under "Purchase Optional Items." There will be an item for 25-26 Application Fees.
  • If you wish to pay by check, please make it payable to SCCS and put ‘25–’26 Application Fee in the memo, and drop-off to SPS or the SCCS business office located at Assumption High School. 


For NEW Families

1. Please go to:  apply.sccsiowa.org

2. Click “Get Started” and go through and update each screen. 

3. To pay the non-refundable registration fee:

  • Go to New Family Payment Link. Please include the names and grades of all students
  • If you wish to pay by check, please make payable to SCCS and ‘25–’26 registration in the memo, and drop-off to SPS 


Verification of enrollment will be emailed March 1, 2025.  Next steps to prepare for the ‘25-’26 school year will be shared at that time.


Annual Application Fee

Annual Application Fee is $150/student for all students Preschool-12th grade.   This fee is to be paid at time of application and is non-refundable.  The fee is applicable to every student, including ESA students, and there is no discount for the number of children in the family.


St. Paul the Apostle Parish Families

ESA Families

The ESA application for the 2025-26 school year closed on June 30, 2025.

Families will receive a communication when the application for next school year is open (usually mid April). ESA funds may be used by eligible families to cover tuition, fees, and other qualified education expenses at accredited nonpublic schools in Iowa.

Families must apply each year by JUNE 30.

Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, all families who live in Iowa are eligible to receive the ESA, regardless of income.

We will also need any allergy/asthma/seizure action plans and medications to go with these plans each year in August. It is the parent responsibility to get these to us as quickly as possible when school starts. You can use our forms (listed below), or anything from your doctor signed by the doctor and the parent.

Any medication (including Epi Pens) must be brought to school in it's ORIGINAL container (the box for the epi pen must be present). 

 

All medications listed on the action plan must be provided by the parent. 

 

We cannot administer expired medications. We will email you if a medication is approaching it's expiration date for a refill. Please be prompt in replacing expired meds.

 

If a student is mature enough to carry his/her own inhaler, we need a completed self-administration form completed by the doctor. Please let the office and your child's teacher know if your child has their own inhaler in their backpack.
